Dwelling, formerly schoolhouse. Early C18. Fine squared back and coursed stone
facade, rubble, stone slate roof. Long block with ashlar gable stacks, moulded
cappings and skirts. Two storeys plus attic, 5-windowed, cross mullion and transome
in wood, under stone voussoirs, 3 small dormers with 2-light casements. Central
4-panel door under 4-pane transome light, flat hood on brackets.
This was originally the schoolhouse, and is at time of survey used as a dwelling for
the head teacher.
