Farmhouse. Early C18. English bond brickwork on sandstone plinth, brick quoins and
eaves dentil course clay tile roof. Long narrow block with gable stacks, slightly
later projecting wing, forward, right. Two storeys, attic, and part basement,
5-windowed cross mullion and transome in wood under splayed segmental brick arch with
flat extrados and stone key; central 4-panel door in wood architrave under C18
panelled flat hood on consoles, approached by 5 steps in concentric semi-circles.
Louvred openings in gables to attics. Interior: chamfered and stopped beams,
shutters to windows, dado panelling to ground floor, left; basement under left end.
