Farmhouse. C17 and C18. Brick, but smooth rendered main front and squared marlstone
to gable, right; Welsh slate roof. Large L-shaped block, earlier wing facing road
with two stacks on back slope of roof, one off-centre, right, and one further right,
possibly at original gable end, but building extended. Gable stack also to far end of
return block. Two storeys and attic, 4-windowed, mainly 3-light casements with flat
segmental heads to lights, but 2-light similar in gable, left, over canted bay. 3
gabled dormers. Flank door under plain transome light in second bay (immediately next
to canted bay). Two sashes with glazing bars in return wing, left.
