Dwelling. Probably C16 or earlier. Painted brick, some residual timber framing,
north side, thatched roof. 1½ storey 3 bay crude cottage, brick stacks to right gable
and off-centre, left. Openings altered: 3 windows plus dormer to north, four windows
to south, modern door left of centre.

Interior: two pairs of crudes frame centre bay, two rows purlins with mortices for
wind bracing. Ground floor centre room, wide fireplace with cambered lintol, original
stairs partitioned off.
