Joseph Hicks chest tomb, c4 m north of north porch entrance to Church of St Cyr

Chest tomb. 1728. Limestone. Baroque style, cyma capping, cavetto base, on raised
plinth including also items A and C; double scrolled end panels containing memento
mori and putti heads, enriched cartouches to sides flanked by grieving putti. To
JOSEPH HICKS, 1728, not to be confused with adjacent memorial to Joseph Hicks 1739
(q.v.).
