Crawley Barn


Barn. Late C18. Squared and coursed stone, stone slate roof. Gabled barn in 6½
bays, gabled carriage entrance central, to road, later lean-to addition right of
this. Road elevation, two 2-light C20 casements set low, left, wood lintols; in
gable , right, 2-light casement with glazing bars to pointed Gothick tops. Large
plank carriage doors; modern door in left gable. Two-storey interior, simple collar
and tie roof.
