Detached dwelling. Late C18. Ashlar limestone to modillion cornice, brick back wall,
concrete tile hipped roof, rebuilt stack, right. A very upright block with brick
extension back, left, set on hill slope well back from the road. Three storeys,
3-windowed, original sashes with glazing bars in reveals, cill band at first floor
level. Modern glazed door in Doric portico, centre, flat entablature. Return wall,
right, 2-windowed, sashes with bars.
