5/108 Organ monument in the churchyard
approximately 10m south east of
chancel to Church of St. John

GV II

Pedestal tomb. Dated 1826. Sandstone. Square with recessed
corners. Fluted and moulded frieze. Oval raised inscription
panels to north and south; recessed with partially shrouded
funereal urn to west; recessed with tree portrait to east. Domical
coping to top; moulded plinth; stands on stone base, formerly with
railed enclosure. Inscribed on north side to JOHN ORGAN, died
1826.
