Small detached house. C15; C20 alterations. Timber framed; part
random rubble limestone; roughcast; rebuilt artificial stone
chimney; replacement concrete tile roof. Single-storey with attic;
3-room plan. Front: small framing on limestone plinth; scattered
C20 framed-up casements; random rubble to left with C20 casement;
long combined C20 raking roof dormer; attached C20 gabled porch.
West end: roughcast gable end with scattered C20 casements: 2 to
attic, single to ground floor; projecting purlin ends. East end:
random rubble gable end on rendered plinth; C20 attic casement.
Back: mixed small framing and random rubble; clay plain tile coping
to masonary scattered fenestration with 2 C19 casements towards
centre; otherwise C20; part glazed plank door to left; C20 raking
roof dormers.
Interior contains 3 crucks; one has arched brace to visible
cambered collar; others mostly hidden.
