Small detached house. Dated 1861. Coursed and squared limestone;
ashlar dressings; ashlar chimney; clay plain tile roof. Single-
storey with attic and cellar; 2-room; single-storey pitched-roofed
wing to north. Front: parapet gabled with gabled porch having Tudor
arched opening and decorated barge boards; 4-panel door; iron gate
to porch; narrow window either side of porch; 2-light chamfered
mullioned attic window with lozenge-paned casements; date shield
above: 'S B/1861'. South side: two 2-light chamfered mullioned
casements; plain cellar casement; central ridge-mounted chimney
with chamfered cap. North side: single-light casement to ground
floor and attic. Back: 2-light chamfered mullioned attic casement;
C20 garage at cellar level is not of special interest.
