13/13 Yew Tree House and Yew Tree
Cottage

II

Two attached houses. c1820. Flemish bond red brick; ashlar
dressings; rendered end walls; brick chimneys; Welsh slate roof.
Two-storey with attic; continuous rear outshut. Small single-
storey house at north east end. Front: 3-window 16-pane sash
fenestration with stone voussoir lintels. Central doorway with
flat timber porch hood on iron brackets; 6-panel door with
rectangular light over. Alternating stone quoins to ends of
facade. Central C20 rooflight. Parapet gables to ends of building
with ridge-mounted brick chimneys. Lean-to roof to rear outshut
with coped ends. Two eaves-mounted brick chimneys. C20
fenestration to rear. Interior not inspected.
