Stables and cartsheds. Early C19; later C19 additions. Coursed
rubble and ashlar limestone; red brick; stone slate and
corrugated iron roofs. L-plan around yard. South side: earlier
stable to right has altered central doorway flanked by lunettes
with iron grilles and rusticated architraves; loft door over left
lunette. Further doorway to left with plank door. Ashlar-fronted
addition to left has central sliding door also flanked by lunettes.
Corrugated-iron roof to single-storey part. Cartshed extends at
right angles from right hand end of stable range: 5-bay, 4 with
circular stone piers, enclosed bay at south end. Various attached
outbuildings on north side are not of special interest.
