Detached house. c1830. Ashlar front; coursed rubble sides;
ashlar chimneys; Welsh slate roof. Two-storey; 2-storey outshut
to rear. Front: 2-window fenestration, 16-pane sashes with deep
stone lintels. Central doorway with 6-panel door and Regency
ironwork porch. Rear: rendered outshut with catslide to main roof
C20 casements. Interior not inspected.
