2/182 No 78 (Holmleigh)



House attached to No 80 (q.v.). c1840. Flemish bond red brick;
brick chimneys; Welsh slate roof. Three-storey. Front: 3-
window fenestration, 16-pane sashes to ground and middle floors, 8-
pane to upper floor, all with gauged brick arches. Central round-
arched doorway with 4-panel door and plain fanlight. Plain brick
parapet with stone coping. Brick gable end chimneys. Flat-
roofed 2-storey rear addition. Interior not inspected.
