GV II

Small detached house. Early-mid C18. Coursed and random rubble
limestone with black pointing; ashlar chimney with artificial
stone top; stone slate roof. Single-storey with attic; small
addition to rear forms L-plan. Front has segmental arched doorway
with timber lintel and plank door; 2 casements to left under
combined timber lintel. Central hipped attic dormer with leaded
casement. Scattered casements to gable ends with rendered
lintels. Lateral chimney stack to rear. Interior not inspected.
