GV II

House attached to Lower Court Cottage (q.v.), partly built into
that structure. Mid C19. Coursed rubble limestone; red brick;
brick chimneys; artificial stone slate roof. Two-storey with
attic. Front: 3-window casement fenestration with stone lintels;
extra casement to ground floor right. Two eaves-mounted gabled
roof dormers. Remaining half of south gable end of Lower Court
Cottage to right. East side: brick, built on line of ridge to
Lower Court Cottage; single-window segmental arched casement
fenestration. Rear (facing Selsley Road): large area of blank
wall. Central upper floor casement; tall eaves mounted chimney.
Interior not inspected. Included for Group Value.
