GV II
Farmhouse. Mid C19. Brick with alternating chamfered stone quoins
and stone dressings, slate roof, brick ridge stacks. T-shape
range, 2 storeys. Gable ends all have pediment with modillion
cornice and lunette window. East side, forming top edge of T, has
3 windows with centre bay breaking forward with quoins and smaller
similar pediment, 2/1/2-light wood casements to first floor with
splayed stone voussoirs and keystone, and 3/1/3-light wood mullion
and transoms to ground floor, the 3-light being with segmental
heads. North side similar fenestration to first and ground floors,
with doorcase in centre with alternating quoin surround, door of 9
flush panels and radial fanlight, up 4 stone steps.
