Large pedestal tomb. Earliest decipherable John Taylor 1775. Red
sandstone. Stepped cap with gadrooned pyramidal top and plain
squared finials, slightly moulded underside to capping and tall
moulded plinth, on very large square 2-step base supported on
bricks and partially overgrown at time of survey (November 1985).
Indented corners, fluted frieze with paterae, raised oval panels to
north and south with edge moulding, ribbon and slightly raised
shields to east and west.
