Small cottage attached to rear single storey wing of Chestnuts.
Probably late C16/early C17. Timber-framed square panel to gable
ends and some diagonal bracing, plastered infill, and tall
plastered plinth, tile roof with nearly central brick ridge stack.
Single range, probably lobby entry, single storey and attic.
Three later gabled dormers with paired casements. Ground floor
has C20 plank door below stack, and 3-light casement centre left
with large downward brace through a horizontal rail immediately
adjacent to right.
