Small detached cottage. Late C16/early C17. Square panel
timber-framing on plinth with painted brick infill, interlocking
tile roof, central brick chimney stack with double flues. Single
rectangular range of single storey and attic in gable ends, lobby
entry plan. Two casement windows on ground floor flanking late
C19/early C20 gabled porch with plank door. Shored up at both
ends at time of survey (December 1985).
