4/205 Longe and two Symes Monuments,
about 3m south of end of nave, in
churchyard of Church of St. Peter
GV II
Three chest tombs. Daughter of Roger Longe 1639 to north; to
south, Thomas Symes 1800 and Nathaniel Symes 1741. Limestone.
Longe - plain flat chamfered capping and partly visible plinth,
slab sides and ends. Inscription incised in capitals on south side
between horizontal lines.
Two Symes chests with flat top, moulded plinth and capping,
flattened lyre ends. Rectangular side panels with flanking
reliefs.
