7/253 Two Unidentified Monuments, about
4m north of Andrews chest tomb
in churchyard of Church of
Two chest tombs. Unidentified, to south late C17, to north
probably early C18. Limestone. Both with flat top, moulded plinth
and capping. To south: lyre ends with high relief ends and
returns, unusual south side with wreathed oval panel with crossed
palm leaves at top and flanking seated cherubs holding palm leaves.
North side has square moulded panel with flanking robust reaper and
skeleton figures. To north: projecting gadrooned quarter
balusters, recessed high reliefs to ends with seated cherub to west
and cartouche to east, moulded square panels with flanking reliefs
