Farmhouse. Possibly with core of late C16, main part of late
C17/early C18. Brick on chamfered brick plinth, slate roof with
coped verges and hipped south east corner, large brick ridge and
gable end stacks with 4 and 3 grouped flues, small brick flue on
corner hip. L-shape range of 2 storeys and attic with small 2-
storey lean-to with walls of blue lias in angle, and single-storey
wing to north west. East side of 4 windows had former lobby entry,
now blocked with small single light, with one original 2-light
mullion and transom above. Mostly renewed similar to east and
south with some blocked openings. Door of 6 panels to far right on
3-bay south side with top 2 glazed, rest fielded, below timber
lintel with C19 trellis work raking porch. Interior not inspected.
