GV II

Detached house. Early-mid C18. Coursed rubble limestone; ashlar
chimneys; Welsh slate roof. Two-storey with attic and cellar.
C20 rear addition is not of special interest. South front:
originally 2-window 3-light chamfered mullioned casements, one
ground floor and one upper floor casement reduced to 2-light,
probably during alteration to 2 houses. Windows retain original
leaded iron casements. Off-centre doorway with chamfered opening
and plank door; lean-to porch. Gable end chimneys with plain
caps. Single-light attic casement to each gable end.
Interior: stone fireplace with simple moulded surround. Spiral
staircase at end. Many other original fittings.
