13/76 St Luke's Cottage



House in row. Late C17 or early C18; altered early C19. Random
rubble limestone; concrete tile roof. Two-storey with attic.
Front: single-window fenestration in chamfered openings with stone
lintels, 4-pane sash to ground floor, casement above. Doorway to
left with stone lintel and 4-panel door. Off-centre gabled roof
dormer with C20 casement. Rear: gabled wing with rebuilt chimney.
Interior not inspected. Included for Group Value.
