II

Detached house. Late C17. Coursed and squared rubble limestone;
ashlar chimney; stone slate roof. Two-storey with attic. C20
addition to west corner is not of special interest. Parapet
gabled south east end facing road with single-window fenestration,
3-light to ground floor, 2-light to upper floor and attic, all
chamfered mullioned with hoodmoulds and iron casements. Gable-
mounted chimney with moulded cap. Two-window fenestration on
south west side, 3-light to ground floor, 2-light above, all with
hoodmoulds. Central hipped roof dormer with ball finial.
Central full gable to north east side, single-light attic casement
with lead latticed casement, 2-light casement below also lead
latticed with hoodmould. Lean-to addition to ground floor with
doorway having gabled timber porch. Interior not inspected.
