Two houses in row. Late C17 and mid C18. Random and coursed and
squared rubble limestone; ashlar and red brick chimneys; concrete
tile roof. Two-storey with attic. Front: single-window
fenestration to No 1, 3-light to ground floor, 2-light above , both
chamfered mullioned with hoodmoulds, that to ground floor, linking
and rising over doorway with stone lintel to right. Two-window
fenestration to No 2, all 2-light with hoodmoulds, that to ground
floor rising over central doorway with timber lintel. C20 lean-to
porch addition is not of special interest. Single flat-roofed
dormer with C20 casement. Three ridge-mounted chimneys. Attached
buildings to each end are not of special interest. Interior not
inspected.
