13/6 Stable and coach house approximately
30m to north-west of Firwood

II

Former coach house and stable; in process of conversion to house
at time of survey (August 1986). Mid-late C18; random rubble
limestone; concrete tile roof. Rectangular with small addition on
west end. Front: central round arched coach doorway with keyed
circular window above and central parapet gable. Two casements
with timber lintel; doorway with timber lintel to left. Addition
to west probably built as stable cottage; 2 eaves-mounted chimneys
to rear. East end: stone steps to loft doorway with timber
lintel. Two C20 flush rooflights.
