13/37 Sadlers Cottage

II

Detached house. c1830. Coursed and squared limestone front,
coursed rubble to sides and rear; rendered chimney; concrete tile
roof. Two-storey with attic; return wing at east end. Front: 3-
window fenestration, all 16-pane sashes in plain openings with
stone lintels; blank central upper floor recess, formerly painted
as sash. Central doorway with decorative wrought iron porch.
Plain upper floor level band. Roof hipped at east end; gable-
mounted chimney to west. Two C20 flush roof-lights. C20 addition
to east end is not of special interest.
Interior not inspected.
