Detached house. c1830. Coursed rubble limestone, random rubble to
sides and rear; ashlar and yellow brick rebuilt chimneys; concrete
tile roof. Three-storey. Front: 3-window fenestration, 12-pane
sashes to ground and middle floors, 6-pane to upper floor, all in
plain openings with stone lintels. Central doorway with 6-panel
door and segmental fanlight. Moulded stone eaves. Gable end
chimneys. Attached single-storey outbuilding at each end.
