13/39 Tankard House

II

Detached house. Early Cl9. Random and coursed rubble limestone;
ashlar and concrete block rebuilt chimneys; stone and Welsh slate
roofs. Two-storey with attic central block; single-storey part to
west, 2-storey to east. Front: 3-window fenestration to central
part, all leaded iron casements with keyed stone lintels. Central
doorway with 6-panel door and decorative iron porch with tent hood.
Two eaves-mounted gabled dormers. Gable end chimneys with
chamfered caps. Addition to right projects forward, single leaded
casement to each floor.
Interior not inspected.
