Detached house. c1700; mid-late C18 wing. Coursed and random
rubble limestone; brick rebuilt chimneys; diagonal asbestos slate
roof, artificial stone to wing. Two-storey with cellar and attic;
single-storey wing. Front: four 2-light chamfered mullioned upper
floor casements; one light blocked due to addition of projecting
wing. Two 3-light ground floor casements with continuous hood
mould rising over stone lintel of central doorway with 6-panel
door. Deep coved timber eaves. Sprocketed roof with 2 gabled roof
dormers. Gable end chimneys. East-facing timber casements and
doorway with plank door to wing. Gable end chimney with chamfered
cap. East end: continuous hood moulds extended from front; two
single-light windows to ground and upper floors. Low-level cellar
doorway with timber lintel and plank door. Rubble outshut to rear.
