Detached house. c1860. Ashlar limestone; concrete tile roof.
Two-storey. Tudor Gothic style. Rectangular with parapet gabled
ends having kneelers with cross gables. Recessed chamfered
mullioned casement fenestration, all lead latticed with hoodmoulds.
Slit vent in gable apex with hoodmould. Two projecting chimney
stacks on east side with cut down stacks. Interior not inspected.
Important position on hillside.
