Shop with house over. Early C18, remodelled early Cl9. Painted
stucco; brick rebuilt chimney; stone slate roof. Two-storey with
attic. Front: projecting ground floor shop front with flat roof,
glazed double doors flanked by bow windows, outer parts of wall
concave, the whole forming undulating rhythm. Segmental arched
throughway to right. Three upper floor windows with plain
architraves and plain sill band, formerly 12-pane sashes, now with
casements and false glazing bars. Moulded stone eaves is probably
an original C18 feature. Central C20 gabled roof dormer. Interior
not inspected.
