Restaurant and flat. C17, remodelled mid C18. Random rubble
limestone, formerly rendered; ashlar chimney; stone slate roof.
Two-storey. Front: 4 irregularly spaced segmental arched upper
floor 12-pane sashes with plain keyed architraves. Central
pedimented doorway with moulded architraves. Later 12-pane sash to
left and large segmental window to right; plain opening to
throughway adjoining No 5 (q.v.). These all appear later features
in elevation containing fragments of original mullioned
fenestration, roof pitch also having been altered, probably in mid
C18. Central ridge-mounted chimney with plain cap. Interior not
inspected.
