Detached house. Early C19. Coursed rubble limestone; ashlar
chimneys; stone slate roof. Two-storey. North front: scattered
9-pane C19 sashes; 2 doorways, one to left with plank door, other
in angle with projecting wing to right with C20 door. Two east-
facing sashes to wing, each with glazing bars to upper sash only.
East end: 3 small casements and sashes. Attached retaining wall
forms boundary to street. Single-storey addition to rear is not of
special interest. Interior not inspected. Although
architecturally modest, this building part-closes the view at the
south end of the upper level part of Well Hill.
