Former police station, now house in row. Early C18, altered early-
mid C19. Coursed rubble limestone; ashlar chimney; stone slate
roof. Two-storey with attic and cellar. Front: 3-window
fenestration, all 16-pane sashes. Earlier drip course above ground
floor windows and 2 cellar openings appear survivals from C18
front, moulded stone eaves cornice also being of this date. Cl9
Tudor arched doorway to right with brackets to cornice, panel
formerly lettered 'POLICE'. Two gabled attic dormers with leaded
casements. Ridge-mounted chimney to west end with moulded cap.
