Barn. Early C19. Coursed rubble limestone; asbestos sheeting to
roof. Nine-bay barn with south porch. Off-centre gabled porch,
plank doors with steel lintel. Slit opening in gable apex. Slit
vents in main barn walls and small square vent holes. One
pedestrian doorway to right; 2 loft holes above. North barn
doorway in line with porch. Loft doorway in west end with 5 rows
of pigeon holes. Interior: collar and tie-beam truss roof
structure with 3 rows of purlins; many original rafters. Original
stone slate roof sold to re-roof a church. Forms part of group
with Court Farmhouse (q.v.).
