6/350 Two barns with shelter shed
approximately 10m west of
23.6.52 Woodcock Farmhouse

GV II

Two barns, one now house, and shelter sheds. Early Cl9. Random
rubble limestone; corrugated and stone slate roofs. Two barns run
east to west, joined end-to-end, western converted to house.
Shelter sheds project on south side. Central gabled porch on south
side of eastern barn, doorway below timber lintel blocked except
for small door. Slit vent in main barn wall to right. Left of
porch is east-facing 7-bay shelter shed range with round rubble-
built piers and lean-to roof. Central barn doorway with plank
doors and timber lintel on north side of eastern barn. Glazed
infilling to doorway of western barn, C20 flat roofed addition not
of special interest. Lower attached outbuildings to east end.
