5/354 Powell monument in the churchyard
approximately 8m south of chancel
to Church of the Holy Cross

GV II

Pedestal tomb. Dated 1828. Sandstone. Rectangular with bow ends,
each with oval panel and fluted frieze. Oval side panels with
floral carving to spandrels. Moulded top and plinth. Inscribed to
JOSEPH POWELL, died 1828.
