House in terrace. C19 or late C18. Limestone ashlar, concrete tile roof, gable
brick stack. Three storeys, basement, 2 windows: at ground floor one sash in
former door opening, and 12-pane sash over cambered basement opening in plinth;
two 12-pane sashes as first floor over plain string course, and to top is one
4-pane sash. Wide C20 plank door in arched opening with plain overlight lies to
right in adjoining property. The second floor appears to be a later addition.
