Detached house. C18 and C19. Coursed and squared large limestone blocks, stone slate roof. Small cottage with one bay extension to right; two storeys, three + one windows. Recessed chamfer stone mullioned casements, one light over porch, remainder two-light, bottom floor right with stopped hood. Extension has one two-light C19 similar casement. Central gabled porch C19 or C20 with plank door. Plain gabled return left; gable brick stacks. Modest but little changed externally.
