Small house in row. Probably late C17, but with C18 and C19 modifications.
Building is set back from adjoining property to left and attached to Woodham Cottage (qv) (formerly listed as Tumut) with which it may have formed a pair, but has had a rebuilt front. Cut and squared limestone, concrete tile-roof. Two storeys, attic and cellar, one window; at ground floor a canted oriel with C20 casement under hipped stone slate roof, and set over a cellar access with wooden hatch. First floor has a 12-pane sash in flat stone surround, and to roof a 3-light C20 gabled dormer. Left, up 3 steps, is a 6-panel door, 4 of these glazed.
Included primarily for group value.

Formerly known as Frith View.
