Isolated row house, on corner to George Court. Late C18 or early C19. Coursed
and squared limestone, concrete tile roof. Two storeys and attic, one window.
3-light chamfer-mullion casement and glazed door to square opening; first floor
with 2-light similar casement, and C20 gabled dormer. Plat band to each floor.
Plain return wall, left, with stone stack raised in concrete block; also a
lean-to extension with further door. Large 3-light dormer at back. A basic
building holding an important position in this street. Included for group
value.
