GV II

Small house in row. Early C19. Squared and coursed limestone, stone slate
roof, rebuilt stone stack, right. One storey and attic, 2-windowed, 2-light
casement dormers and C20 2-light casement with 3-light the same, below.
Late C20 glazed door, centrally. All to wood lintels. Also C20 door and
porch on opposite face. A modest cottage, but part of a row of social and
historic relevance to the town, in view of the loss of milling activities
here. At time of survey used as holiday cottage.
