House and shop in row. Late C18. Limestone ashlar to plain parapet,cill
band under first floor windows, concrete tile roof, gable stacks. Three
storeys, 5-windowed elegant frontage all sashes with glazing bars, cills on
small brackets, and at ground floor two plate glass openings with moulded
architraves with ears and small cill brackets; left, to throughway, good
6-panel fielded door under decorative fanlight, and slightly off-centre,
right, C20 glazed door under decorative fanlight in pilaster doorcase with
with open pediment on scrolled consoles. Some stone replacement in good
matching material under way to ground floor at time of survey.
