House and shop, end of row on street corner. Early C18. Limestone ashlar,
plinth, deep plain first floor string, alternating v-joint quotas, coved
stone eaves cornice, coped gable, concrete tile front roof slope, but back
slope and hipped back extension with stone slate roofing. Main front two
storeys and attic, 2-windowed, single small gabled 2-light leaded casement
dormer over 2 sashes with glazing bars in broad chamfered and stopped surrounds
at first floor; ground floor two C18 sashes with bars in C19 plat-band
unchamfered surrounds, and central 6-panel moulded door. Return gable
left in squared and coursed stone mainly plain, but includes small light,
right, adjacent to fireplace at ground floor. Interior, cellar, original
roofing, but much modified otherwise. Back includes one 2-light chamfered
mullion casement.
