House and shop in row. Early C18. Limestone ashlar, plinth, alternating
v-joint quotas,modillion cornice and coped parapet, brick return gable, right,
concrete tile roof. Two storeys and attic, 2-windowed, C20 dormer over
sashes without bars at first floor and with glazing bars ground floor, all
in moulded architraves with keystone and square cill; C20 glazed door
centrally, plain transome light, flat wooden hood with dentilled and moulded
edge, on brackets. The door and flanking windows closely grouped as a
single composition.
