House. Early C19. Limestone ashlar, concrete tile roof with stack, right.
Two storeys, one-windowed, good C19 sashes with glazing bars and in broad
surrounds, 6-panel flush door approached by 3 stone steps. A modest pro-
perty, little changed except for roof covering and forming a group with
Nos 40, 42 and 44 (qv).
