Gate Piers and supporting flank walls c 200 metres north-east of Postlip Hall

Gate piers and walls. Late C19. Limestone ashlar piers c 400 mm square,
4 m high and 3 m clear opening; square shaft on single moulded plinth,
frieze, deep cornice capped by ball finial on elaborate moulded square
support. To each side a short length of wall in squared limestone with
weathered coping. No gates remain, and right hand pier overgrown with
ivy at time of survey. Part of the cornice on the left hand pier broken
and displaced.
